A nagin and her naag are separated in their most intimate moment - while mating - by an explorer. As the vengeful nagin sets out in search of her mate, she leaves behind a trail of dead bodies. The roles of similar deadly but righteous nagins have been played in the past by a host of actresses, from Vyjantimala and Reena Roy to Sridevi and Rekha.
